Many people want to change the color of their scrollbar yet thaey are unsure how to. First you should start with this code:
Once you have that code, feel free to change the colours to anything you want. If plain colours aren't what you want, you may want to try hex codes. Hex codes offer more color variety. Please note that when you put a hex code in the code above, you must keep the pound (#) symbol in front of the six numbers or it won't work. When using normal text colours, do NOT insert the # symbol.
