HOW TO PUT IMAGES ON YOUR SITE

First you want to upload your picture (s) to a website, otherwise only you can see it where you want to put it. There are several different places you can sign up for free websites. The best and easiest is Esmartstart.com. Boomspeed.com, fortunecity.com, matmice.com, yahoo.com and there are probably a few more that I have forgotten.
Anyway, after you have established a website w/ a username and a password, somewhere on the page there it should say upload a file or something like that. Click on that and upload the files by clicking on the name of the file (remember this name), then go to the area where you want to put the picture. Then you type in < img src="http://www.whatever free site you chose/your username on that site/your file's name that you uploaded.gif or .jpg >(whichever one of those files that it is-if it wasn't one of those,it probably won't work.) Example- < img src="http://www.boomspeed.com/cheyenne1315/back-174.gif" > Which looks like

Ta Dah....There you have it! All Done With That

Some people have been asking how to put the codes in their user-lookup/shops and where to put them, so here are some tips
When you take a code from a site, you copy it then paste it into your site. Now on neopets, if you want a certain background on your user-lookup, you would click on "chat" then go to the bottom of the page and there should be a box at the bottom of the page where you can type stuff. That is where you want to paste the code (don't forget to turn all of the brackets [ ] 's into sideways arrows) another way to put your code in your user-lookup is to go to the top of your screen where it says address and type http://www.neopets.com/userinfo.phtml. There you can change all of you information except your username (which can never be changed) ****don't forget to save whichever way you do it****
If you want to put a code in your shop, click on the shop link, then click "create/edit a shop" and there is a box THERE that you can type stuff in too. Put the code in there and then **save it** and see what happens.
