This is the page to learn all about putting your blinkies onto your userlook-up!

Ok. The first thing you do is go to http://www.neopets.com/help.phtml, click on the "user prefs" button at the top of the page, then in the space for your name put the following code: (if you already have your name there, you can leave it there if you like, but you still need to have the code I just showed you in the name box). On the same page, scroll down to the "About Me" box and put in the following code:
Then, make sure you save the page! You can then go to your userlook-up and check to see how it looks.
!!!~You may have to change the height and width in the code, depending on the size of your blinkie or how large you wish it to appear!!!~ If, when you get your blinkie on your userlook-up, the blinkie looks messed up (only half of it shows or it is doubled up) you also need to change the height and width in the coding. Anyway, once you place that code in the "about me" box, click save and check out your userlook-up to see if your blinkie appears. If something pops up about "neoHTML" what you do is click "back" then in the box below the "about me" box, put none, or you can make up a siggy like...[glow]neoHTML[/glow], etc. Then you can click save and it should work. If you need any more help, feel free to email jadey213@yahoo.com!
NOTE, if you have AOL or CompuServe, you may not be able to see your blinkie after using this coding. Otherwise you may need to put the coding-the "About me" coding- at the very end of all coding that you may have for your userlook up. After you have read this, please contact me with further problems/questions.
NOTE #2, if your blinkie is a one-lined one (It just says your name or whatever) then it might double up. If it is doing this, please email me with your blinkie's URL and tell me the problem. I will then re-do the blinkie and include extra space on either the bottom or the top (not on black blinkies, it won't work)- this extra space will be transparent, but your blinkie will stop doubling up.
